Who we are
Deals Down Under Auctions is operated by My Lucky Pearls LLC, 110 Trooper Drive, Hot Springs, AR 71913 ("we," "us"). Auctions run on the GavelFeed platform. We sell our own inventory — we are not a marketplace for third-party sellers, and we never hold other sellers' funds.
Bidding is binding
Placing a bid — on this website or as a Facebook comment — is a binding offer to buy at that price. Bid ordering, ties, soft close, and retraction handling are described in the auction rules, which are part of these terms. We may reject bids, cancel listings, or suspend bidders for non-payment or abuse.
Payment & collected amounts
Winners pay online via a secure Square checkout by the payment deadline shown on their lot or order. Totals show the hammer price, any buyer's premium stated on the lot, and applicable sales tax as separate lines. A sale is complete only when payment is successfully collected — settled, not refunded, not voided, and not subject to a chargeback. Unpaid wins expire per the rules and may pass to a backup bidder; repeat non-payment forfeits bidding privileges.
Buyer's premium
Lots that state a buyer's premium on their post and lot page carry it: a percentage of the winning bid (15% on lots listed from October 2026) added to the winning bid, and subject to sales tax. It helps cover the costs of running our auctions — staffing, facilities and software. The rate is fixed when a lot is listed and shown before bidding opens; a lot listed without one never gains one.
Pickup only
Local pickup only — we do not ship. Pickup is at 110 Trooper Drive, Hot Springs, AR by the pickup deadline shown on the lot or order, after payment. Items release only to the winning bidder; we verify the item and the order at hand-over. Items not collected by the deadline may be forfeited and relisted, per the rules.
Condition & returns
Everything sells as-is, untested unless the listing states otherwise. No returns on auction items, except lots marked with the works-or-refund guarantee: if such an item will not power on or perform its main function, the winner may return it within 3 days of pickup for a refund of the winning bid, any buyer’s premium paid, and sales tax. That guarantee does not cover missing accessories, cosmetic condition, or change of mind. Refunds, where we issue them, go back to the original payment method.
Accounts & communications
Website bidding uses a password account with your name, email, and mobile number; by bidding you agree to receive transactional email about your bids, wins, payments, and pickups. Text-message alerts are optional and only sent if you tick the SMS box at sign-up or checkout; see the SMS Terms. Your display name appears publicly next to your bids. See the auction rules for retraction and fair-play policies. The house never bids.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Arkansas law, our liability for any claim related to an auction is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Facebook is a bidding surface we read from and reply to; outages of Facebook, email providers, or payment networks may delay but do not void auction results, which are determined by the platform's recorded bid history.
